Print Quality of the Maps
We print our globes with a very fine 120 screen.
With this extremely fine resolution, the screen dot is barely visible to the human eye and we achieve optimum print quality with the finest gradients and the most brilliant color gradations, while also creating a significantly better starting situation for the machine production of the vacuum-formed globes.
After overexpansion through the vacuum-forming technology, our globes still show a very fine screen (approx. 60 screen). Our competitors usually print their premium globes "only" with a 60 screen. After vacuum-forming, these globes "only" show an approx. 38 screen.
However, unmatched is also the precision, the depth of detail, and the brilliant image of our hand-coated maps. These maps are not overstretched and therefore, they do not lose their high level of detail.
